In this tranquil island setting, we welcome the promise of summer light as you usher forth your own light. We will explore a customized blend of active and restorative yoga, somatic movement practices, breath work and meditation. Free from the often-frenetic pace of daily life and the need to prepare your own meals, you can move deeply within, listening, valuing and responding to your truest thoughts, desires and needs.

You’ll return feeling refreshed and renewed, ready for all that summer offers.

Instructor

Since 1998, Kim has taught yoga to appreciative students from New York to Pennsylvania to Washington State. Her classes earn rave reviews and guide profound body and mindset transformations that take shape in the form of greater student confidence, deep gratitude for what matters most in life, and triumph over self-limiting beliefs.

Her compassionate, calm, and encouraging teaching style attends to the specific needs and abilities of each student. Kim focuses on breathing, body awareness and proper alignment. Kim’s practice and teaching are informed by her yoga therapy training, meditation, education and experience as a counselor, dance training, ongoing explorations of mindfulness, physical therapy, metta (lovingkindness), neuroscience and Somatic Movement Education.

Saturday

9:30 -12:00pm Gentle Yoga Practice
12:00-1:00pm Lunch
1:00-4:30pm Relaxation: Forest walk, beach, sauna, shower, nap
4:30-6:30 Gentle Mindful Movement Practice
6:30-7:30 Dinner
8:30 Optional Sauna

Registration Fees/Costs

Stay in one of the 3 shared rooms that sleeps 3-4 in the Lodge, $600 ($550 if registered and paid in full by 5/10/18)
Camp beside the lodge, $525 ($475 if paid in full by 5/10/18)
Offsite, $450 ($400 if paid in full by 5/10/18)
All options are inclusive of nourishing meals, yoga classes, all props, sauna, and forest walks.

The lodge accommodates 11 and the retreat is limited to 15 people..

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Your $100 deposit is a non-refundable administration fee. The remainder of your payment can be refunded in full for cancellations through April 30, 2018. The remainder of your payment will only be refunded after June 10, 2018 if a new participant registers. If Kim cancels this retreat for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.
