The Fifth-Annual Women’s Retreat on Whidbey Island is an excellent opportunity for you to pause and listen deeply — receive, renew, and rejuvenate yourself by learning the art of self care. We will use the quiet, connected presence of the ancient cedars as support and inspiration for discovering the depth of our inner lives and our interconnections with nature. We will also focus on the practices of yoga and mindfulness.
Through the practices of Mindfulness and Yoga, you will learn and practice how to:
~Connect with your unique individual needs as well as your inner wisdom.
~Explore your inner being and experience natural silence.
~Experience self care through rejuvenating and centering techniques.
~Become attuned with nature and find peace in Whidbey Island’s tranquil forest.
Katherine Dobson, M. N. Certified Holistic Integral Life Coach, Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy
As a certified life coach with a master’s degree in psychiatric nursing and 30 years as a psychotherapist, Katherine brings experience & wisdom to the process of inner discovery & transformation. She has had a meditation practice for over 25 years and is passionate about living consciously and mindfully. She teaches mindfulness workshops in yoga studios, homes, places of business, and retirement homes.
Kate R Casey M.C., LMHC, Master's in Counseling, Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher in the tradition of Purna Yoga- College of Purna Yoga. Throughout decades of working in private practice, Kate has pursued and established her self-care through the study of Buddhist thought and practice, the 8 limbs of yoga, pranayama, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition, holistic healing (she is a 2nd degree Reiki master) and some of the Native American traditions. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, adolescents, families and groups and has been teaching yoga at The Yoga Lodge for many years. http://katercasey.com/

$150 which includes Organic Vegetarian Lunch A couple of scholarships are available on request.
For cancellations through February 1 all payment will be refunded in full, minus $50 security deposit.
For cancellations after February 2- March 1, your registration will be refunded minus the $50 security deposit ONLY if your space can be filled. After March 1 there will be no refunds.
If we must cancel this retreat for any reason, your payments will be refunded in full.
Additional Services Offered
The Yoga Lodge has cozy rooms available if you would like to extend your stay for a fuller retreat experience. You may choose to arrive at The Yoga Lodge on the Friday, March 15th—one day prior to the retreat—or you may consider creating a personal retreat by staying on at The Yoga Lodge for Sunday, March 17th following the retreat.
