Spring is the season of overflowing water, when we begin to thaw out, melt, and soften. Spring is a time when the natural world around us wakes up, with flowers blooming and buds on trees opening. The birds, animals and insects re-emerge after a lethargic winter. It is now important to start clearing stagnation from the body, mentally, emotionally and physically. We too can follow the flow of Spring by considering what seeds we wish to plant. What are we wanting to cultivate more of in this new season? What do we want to take note of and appreciate? Now is the time to consider what our intentions are and what work needs to be done. Just as the gardens and fields call many of us outside to clear and plant, the season is also calling us to roll up our sleeves and act!
A one day retreat is an opportunity to be transported, awakened, and transformed. It is a precious period of time devoted to the purpose of rejuvenation and inner discovery. Together we cultivate a space that will lead you toward insights, personal breakthroughs, and assimilation of all you have received. The day will be spent exploring what self care truly means by cultivating self love. Included in the experience is; Asana practice, beautiful Ayurvedic lunch by Chef Aria, a guided nature walk through the woods, opportunity for discussion and exploration of Self, and Reiki & Soundbath by musician Joseph Sanchez w/guided meditation.
Yoga is about opening the heart. It is about treating ourselves well. It is about balance. A one day retreat can help with all three of these leaving you feeling replenished in body, mind, and soul.
Our retreat offers a simple way to bring balance, recharge staying true to your yoga practice, and treat yourself to something special. This format is short and sweet, with no need to dramatically alter your schedule and life.

Aria Peterman is a Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and Ayurvedic Chef. She believes Yoga and Ayurveda meet us exactly where we are, by nurturing the relationship to nature (Ayurveda) and the connection to all the layers of Self (Yoga) we come back in line with our highest potential.
